Grissom Air Force Base will host the 2019 Air and Space Expo September 7-8, 2019. It has been 15 years since the base hosted it’s last air show and plans to headline this years show with the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. The Thunderbirds are the Air Force’s premier aerial demonstration team and they will be joined by other military and civilian aviation acts for this two-day event. This event will be the first air show type event held at Grissom Air Force Base since 2003, and will be free and open to the public. The last air show put on by the base brought out about 60,000 people per day and officials plan on about the same number this time so make sure you come out early and find a good spot. Grissom Air Museum will be open Saturday September 7th & Sunday September 8th during the the 2019 Air Show! Grissom Air Museum is offering a few choices when it comes to your air show experience so you can pick the one that’s best for you! You can purchase your tickets now by clicking the link below.
VIP Ticket:
This will include Parking, Shuttle to the base, Access to the VIP Area, Limited timed access to the Guard Tower, 2 Drink Tickets, Snacks, and if you purchase a concert ticket, access to the Concert VIP area. The cost for this ticket is $50 per person.
Museum & Air Show Experience:
This will include access to the museum, parking and shuttle to the base. The cost for this ticket is $10 per person.
Concert Tickets:
This gets you access to the concert, and if you have a VIP ticket access to the VIP tent during the concert. Tickets are $20 in advanced and $25 the day of the concert.

All prices are per person. All tickets will be sold the day of the event, however, space is limited so advanced tickets are preferred. This is rain or shine and there are no refunds.
